Do you block a deposit on my card?
No. We verify your identity and licence once, and that replaces the deposit. Nothing is frozen on your card at any point during the rental.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Call support and we bring a replacement to you, usually within 90 minutes inside a service city. Roadside assistance across Poland is part of every rental.
Can I take the car abroad?
Yes, to any EU country plus Norway and Switzerland. Tick the cross-border option when booking; there is no extra fee, we just need to know.
How does fuel and charging work?
Pick it up full, bring it back full. Electric cars charge free at our own hubs, and public charging is reimbursed from your receipt.
What if I'm late returning it?
The first hour is free. After that we charge a pro-rated hourly rate — never a full extra day — as long as you let us know.
